Dr. Hood is the head of the ORTT office and is personally responsible for Congressional Relations, Technology transfer, managing the ASU Research & Innovation Foundation, and Intellectual Property.

Ms. Sheri is the main contact for pre-award issues. She helps researchers develop their proposals and budgets, is the main point of contact for proposal submission to external agencies, administers the compliance committees (IRB, IBC & IACUC) , reviews contracts and agreements, administers some internal funds (including Faculty Research, Reassignments and Sabbatical) and is the webmaster for ORTT.

Ms. Latonya is responsible for handling all the office accounting, administers the Scholarly Development funds, coordinates all office travel and sets up meetings for the office personnel. Latonya also doubles as Dr. Hoods assistant.
